Photo A Day ( or P.A.D for short!)

A wonderful friend of mine told me she was starting a P.A.D project, that she does every year, and if I would join her. I was very excited, as I started to think of all the possibilities!

So here I am, starting a photo a day, technically from the 1st December, although I did forget that we were actually in December!! Luckily though, I have actually taken a photo each day this month, as I am already taking a 'selfie' each day for another project on the go, and thats a whole different post!
So there is one day in the last 4 that I have a 'selfie' in, but the others are genuinely from each day this month.

I hope you enjoy this journey with me, and I really feel that this will be something I, and my family, will be able to look back on in years to come, to remember this particular moment in our lives.

' We do not remember days, we remember moments'.

December 1st 2012

This photo is of my gorgeous Hubby, Dale, & I all dressed up in our 70's gear for a 40th on Saturday night. It really was a hoot, and it's great fun to be a bit silly and let your hair down, so to speak!

My Husband is a little bit of a VW nut! He's always been into them since he got his 1st car at 16. This is his latest project, a factory original 67 Rag Top. This is the car stripped right back to bare metal, pretty much like the day it was made! This shed is like his second home sometimes, and Kapri, our 3 year old, loves helping out any way she can.

December 3rd 2012

My wonderful family flying a kite at our beloved Aldinga Beach. We really do spend a lot of family time here, all year round. We are only walking distance to the beach from our house, and we certainly get to enjoy it more in the summer months, when its not getting dark early.

December 4th 2012

This is me in my veggie patch, behind me is some pretty awesome corn we are growing, and I must say I am pretty proud of it, and if it actually gets corn on it, I will be ecstatic! This pic is one of a month worth of self portraits I am in the middle of, and the first photo was on the 18th November, and its amazing to see how fast the corn has grown in the background!

So, this brings us up to date to today, I hope you like the images and my ramblings so far, and I hope to see you again tomorrow!
